Qualified Electricians
Full-Time | Greater Sydney | Positions Available
Mergent Group is currently seeking qualified Electricians to join a growing team delivering preventative electrical maintenance across retail outlets throughout the Greater Sydney area.

What's on Offer
- Full-time, permanent position
- 2 positions available – immediate start
- Company Ute, fuel card and mobile phone provided
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
- Minimal to no overtime
- Work in teams of two alongside a Trade Assistant
- Variety of retail sites across Greater Sydney
- 20% Night Shift Loading on ordinary hours
Roster
- Night Shift Loading: 20% loading on ordinary hours
- Monday: 3:00am start
- Tuesday to Friday: 12:00am (midnight) start
- 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative electrical maintenance across retail facilities
- Inspect, test and maintain electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults where required
- Complete maintenance reports and service documentation
- Work safely and professionally while providing excellent customer service
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and WHS requirements
About You
- Current Australian Electrical Licence
- Must have Australian Working Rights
- Previous experience in preventative or commercial maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- White Card (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a two-person team
