Mergent Group is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team for a major project in Roxby Downs, South Australia. This project is scheduled to run through until February 2027, with opportunities for ongoing work on future projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-focused leader to oversee site operations, coordinate project teams, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Essential Requirements
- Sound knowledge of workplace hazards, risk management, and safety procedures.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Building Supervisor Licence (where applicable), supported by a relevant trade qualification.
- Electrical Licence (where applicable).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site personnel to ensure safe and productive work practices.
- Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all project activities.
- Identify and manage equipment defects, faults, and maintenance requirements.
- Lead hazard identification and risk management processes, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and monitored.
- Provide clear and effective verbal and written instructions to team members and subcontractors.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multiple trades and disciplines to achieve project objectives and maintain project schedules.
