Key Responsibilities

  • Office-based role in an inner south-western suburb with regular site involvement
  • Conduct site visits to collect information and plan upcoming works
  • Provide practical input to the Engineering team to support electrical designs

  • Manage electrical rack builds within the workshop environment
  • Prepare teams, materials, tools, and plant for site mobilisation

Site Supervision & Delivery

  • Supervise electrical works on site to deliver the agreed scope
  • Lead and manage a small team of electricians and trades
  • Coordinate directly with clients and other stakeholders on site
  • Ensure works are delivered safely on time, and within budget
  • Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with safety requirements

Hours & Remuneration

  • Base salary around $150,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
  • Salary based on a standard 38-hour work week (minimum guaranteed remuneration)
  • Site-based role with variable hours, including extended site days of up to 12 hours when required
