This is an exciting full-time opportunity based in south-west Adelaide, combining office-based coordination with involvement across active project sites.
The role sits within a well-established communications and infrastructure business delivering critical connectivity solutions across South Australia. Projects span complex electrical and communications works supporting transport, utilities, government, and private sector clients. You’ll work closely with engineering, workshop, and field teams to ensure projects are planned effectively and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Office-based role in an inner south-western suburb with regular site involvement
- Conduct site visits to collect information and plan upcoming works
- Provide practical input to the Engineering team to support electrical designs
- Review electrical designs with a focus on buildability and efficiency
- Manage electrical rack builds within the workshop environment
- Prepare teams, materials, tools, and plant for site mobilisation
Site Supervision & Delivery
- Supervise electrical works on site to deliver the agreed scope
- Lead and manage a small team of electricians and trades
- Coordinate directly with clients and other stakeholders on site
- Ensure works are delivered safely on time, and within budget
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with safety requirements
Hours & Remuneration
- Base salary around $150,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
- Salary based on a standard 38-hour work week (minimum guaranteed remuneration)
- Site-based role with variable hours, including extended site days of up to 12 hours when required

- HV jointing, terminations and splicing
