Mergent Group are seeking Underground Electrical Project Electricians for a major 14-month Greenfields underground development at Olympic Dam (Roxby Downs).
This role will form part of a dedicated underground project crew delivering new infrastructure and services in a development/decline environment.
Scope of Works
- Underground electrical installations
- Cable tray, ladder and conduit installation
- Cable running and terminations
- Lighting and power installation
- Pump station and infrastructure works
- General underground electrical services

Mergent Group is seeking experienced Light and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join the team at Olympic Dam Mine Site.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant trade certificate – Heavy Diesel or Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience with Toyota Land Cruiser, Isuzu trucks, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
- Underground work experience
- Air Conditioning ticket desirable
- Some Auto Electrical experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct general services and preventative maintenance
- Use necessary electronic hand tools to replace and repair faulty parts
- Maintain vehicle functional condition by conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, mechanical and electrical malfunctions, replacing parts/components, and repairing body damage
- Maintain vehicle and equipment records by recording services and repairs
- Maintain housekeeping and general maintenance on equipment
- Service equipment by cleaning, lubricating, refuelling, and making minor adjustments and repairs when necessary
What we offer:
- Pay Rate: $59.53/hr+ super paid on all hours worked.
- Roster: 8/6 or 9/5
- DIDO (Drive In / Drive Out)
- Shared housing provided

- 8/6 roster

Required Licences & Certifications
- SA Electrical Licence (essential)
- BHP Induction (highly regarded)
- HV Switching Qualification (desirable)
- First Aid, including CPR/LVR
- White Card
- EEHA (Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas) certification
- Tools of the trade required (transport to site available at client expense)

Full underground electrical services installation, including:
- Lighting
- Communications

Mergent Group is seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our Adelaide team.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity based in south-west Adelaide, combining office-based coordination with involvement across active project sites.
The role sits within a well-established communications and infrastructure business delivering critical connectivity solutions across South Australia. Projects span complex electrical and communications works supporting transport, utilities, government, and private sector clients. You’ll work closely with engineering, workshop, and field teams to ensure projects are planned effectively and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Office-based role in an inner south-western suburb with regular site involvement
- Conduct site visits to collect information and plan upcoming works
- Provide practical input to the Engineering team to support electrical designs
- Review electrical designs with a focus on buildability and efficiency
- Manage electrical rack builds within the workshop environment
- Prepare teams, materials, tools, and plant for site mobilisation
Site Supervision & Delivery
- Supervise electrical works on site to deliver the agreed scope
- Lead and manage a small team of electricians and trades
- Coordinate directly with clients and other stakeholders on site
- Ensure works are delivered safely on time, and within budget
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with safety requirements
Hours & Remuneration
- Base salary around $150,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
- Salary based on a standard 38-hour work week (minimum guaranteed remuneration)
- Site-based role with variable hours, including extended site days of up to 12 hours when required

The position is operational and detail-focused, supporting the day-to-day running of MRP and inventory systems. You will work closely with experienced team members to maintain accurate data, support planning processes, and help ensure inventory flows smoothly across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining inventory and MRP data, including lead times, safety stock levels and MOQs
- Support the running of MRP and review outputs for accuracy
- Investigate and help correct data issues within the system
- Update planned order statuses for Supply Coordinators
- Review datasets to identify inconsistencies or missing information
- Support cycle count activities and assist with variance investigations
- Assist with slow-moving and excess stock reporting
- Verify dates across purchase, work, transfer and sales orders
- Work closely with supply, inventory and finance teams
About You:
