Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts and manage performance.

  • Assist with cost control, forecasting, and job budget alignment.
  • Coordinate project start-up items (insurances, permits, approvals, PBAs).
  • Compile handover documentation and drive certification processes.
  • Maintain registers for variations, EOTs, RFIs, and contracts.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Support system improvements and subcontract administration.

  • Undertake project-specific tasks as appropriate and directed to you by the Superintendent.
  • Leading a Team of Leading Hands and Electricians
  • Lead by example for all Safety on site
  • Report task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality, when required
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology
  • Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role
  • Current Australian State Electrical Licence (eligible for South Australian registration through Mutual Recognition)
  • CPR/LVR (within last 12 months)
  • Construction White Card
  • Current Driver’s Licence

 

Desirable Requirements:

 

  • Prior mining or heavy industrial construction experience
  • Working at Heights
  • High Risk Work Licence (WP)
  • Instrumentation, commissioning, or fault-finding experience
