Mergent Group are partnering with a reputable HVAC contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects across commercial sectors. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and closing out projects, ensuring delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

You will primarily manage small to medium-scale projects ranging from $500K to $5M, while also overseeing multiple concurrent smaller projects. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering strong long-term stability and genuine career progression.

About the role:

• $160K starting salary package
• Adelaide Metro location
• Full-time, ongoing position

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering commercial HVAC projects
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Commissioning experience essential
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry standards
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and best practice compliance
• White Card
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Australian working rights
