Looking for consistent, well-paid plant operator work across South Australia?

Mergent Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Plant Operators for immediate starts in Adelaide Metro and FIFO roles across regional SA and interstate. We partner with leading contractors in civil, mining, and infrastructure, with a steady pipeline of work for the right operators.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience operating one or more of the following:
    Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Dozers, Skid Steers, Haul Trucks, Scrapers, Water Carts
  • Valid VOCs / RIIs
  • Construction White Card
  • HR Licence (advantageous)
  • Ability to pass drug & alcohol tests
  • Strong safety awareness and work ethic

Current Projects Include:

  • Bulk earthworks and subdivisions (Adelaide metro)
  • Civil infrastructure (roads, rail, utilities)
  • FIFO mine site support (quarry, haulage, tailings)
  • Remote camp-based work – Even Time, 2:1 and 3:1 rosters available
