Job Description

We are currently seeking multiple Electricians to join a major project at Olympic Dam Mine Site in Roxby Downs, offering approximately 2–3 months of work.

The successful candidates will be running HV cable underground from an IT with a combination of horizontal and vertical pull/drops between levels from an existing substation to a new substation.

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded electrical contractor with long-term operations in Roxby Downs. They are a diversified services provider, delivering work across domestic, commercial, and industrial mining sectors.

About the role:

• FIFO (ex-Adelaide)
• Camp accommodation provided
• $65ph flat rate – day shift
• $75ph flat rate – night shift
• Superannuation paid on all hours worked
• Underground work only
• 8/6 Roster
• Weekly pay

Requirements:

• Current Electrical Licence
• Current Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• EWP
• LVR/ CPR certification
• Working at heights (within 5 years)
• Strong commitment to safety at all times
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments for extended periods
