About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Admin/Payroll Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative environment and has experience handling payroll processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Maintaining employee records and timesheets
- Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
- Assisting with compliance and payroll-related queries
- Liaising with internal teams and external providers as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in payroll and administration
